  • I have made an error with my order, how can I amend it?
    Please email us at customerservice@party-gifts.co.uk as soon as possible or use the Contact us form on our website. Include your ORDER NUMBER in your email or 'Contact us' form. We will not be able to amend an order after it has been despatched.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    We aim to despatch your order within 24 hours so you can receive it as soon as possible. Our Standard Delivery takes 3-5 working days to get to you. We also offer 1-2 working days delivery for local orders, if you live locally in the Fairfield area with a postcode beginning with SG5. If your address is within our radius, this Shipping option will automatically show up during checkout. We also offer Expedited Shipping so please review our Shipping Policy for more details.
  • Can I collect in person to avoid Shipping costs?
    If you live close to or within the Fairfield area with a postcode beginning with SG5 and would like to collect your order in person, please email using customerservice@party-gifts.co.uk or use the 'Contact us' form to pre-arrange collection, before placing your order. We will send collection location details and a promo code to use during checkout to get free shipping. Please review our Shipping Policy for more details.
  • Can I return my order?
    Orders can be returned for any reason within 14 days from the date it's delivered, as long as it is still new, unused, in a re-sellable condition and with the original packaging . Exclusions apply, please refer to our Returns policy.
