Please email us at customerservice@party-gifts.co.uk as soon as possible or use the Contact us form on our website. Include your ORDER NUMBER in your email or 'Contact us' form. We will not be able to amend an order after it has been despatched.

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours. Standard Delivery takes 3-5 working days. For local orders in the Fairfield area (postcode SG5), we offer 1-2 working days delivery. Expedited Shipping options are also available. Please review our Shipping Policy for more details.

If you live close to or within the Fairfield area with a postcode beginning with SG5 and would like to collect your order in person, please email using customerservice@party-gifts.co.uk or use the 'Contact us' form to pre-arrange collection, before placing your order. We will send collection location details and a promo code to use during checkout to get free shipping. Please review our Shipping Policy for more details.

Orders can be returned for any reason within 14 days from the date it's delivered, as long as it is still new, unused, in a re-sellable condition and with the original packaging . Exclusions apply, please refer to our Returns policy.
